A native born Texan, Wayne Wueste has over 5 decades of experience in the home interiors and textiles industries. Born in Eagle Pass and raised in San Antonio, Wayne spent the early part of his career working for Wesco Fabrics. In the 1970’s he founded a wholesale fabric company in Orange County, California. Soon after, Texas called him back and Fabric Bin began. In addition to running daily business behind the scenes, Wayne can also be found in the showroom assisting clients.
Cheryl has over 20 years of experience in custom drapery and home design. Like many of us Cheryl started off learning to sew and soon realized fabrics and design were her passion. In addition to being Fabric Bin’s Drapery Design Specialist, she also has a great understanding of all window coverings offered such as Hunter Douglas blinds and shutters. Her years of experience ensure precise measuring and great attention to detail. Cheryl is a constant student and enjoys keeping herself up-to-date with the latest and greatest our industry has to offer. When she isn’t in the showroom or at a home visit providing exceptional service she is home enjoying family time, out on the lake, biking around Austin or exploring all of nature’s beauty.
Beth is our newest team member and joins us from the home improvement industry and is degreed in the Speech Pathology field. Like Cheryl, Beth’s love of fabrics began as a young girl learning to sew clothes for her dolls. Beth is here to help clients update their furniture by providing them with her knowledge and keen eye as Fabric Bin’s Upholstery Designer. She is in the process of learning the ins and outs of Hunter Douglas blinds and shutters. In her free time, as an empty nester, Beth enjoys exploring our part of Texas with her husband.
Dave has been part of our Fabric Bin team for over two years and has moved into the role of Outdoor salesman. Dave can help clients utilize their backyard spaces by helping them select which outdoor shading products would best suit their needs. On the weekends, Dave likes to canoe, hunt and fish with his family.
Edward has been part of our Fabric Bin team over two years and holds a degree in Product Design from the University of Belas Artes of São Paulo. He was previously our Lead Hunter Douglas Installer. Edward’s time working directly with the products provided him with valuable skills he in now employing as Fabric Bin’s Scheduling Manager. He is here to assist clients with their repair and installation needs. During off hours, Edward enjoys to spending time with his family which includes a new baby.
Danielle came to Fabric Bin four years ago and has a degree in Education from the University of Texas San Antonio. Her previous experience of being a teacher has helped Danielle in her roles as Office Manager, Social Media Coordinator and Commercial Projects Manager for Fabric Bin. On her weekends Danielle enjoys refinishing antiques, sewing, crafting and painting her family.
