When Bret and Jeff came to install the shutters, they were skillful, knew the product and acted in a professional manner. They were careful, considerate, and knowledgeable. Jeff’s carpentry skills were very helpful in getting the shutters installed, as our window frames were not symmetrical and square. Due to minor faults in manufacturing of the shutters, Bret made sure the correct parts were ordered and installed to perform at 100%. Bret came up with the perfect solution for a problem window above the front door. It is perfect, couldn’t ask for anything better.
